90 Bible Verses About Love (with Printable Infographics) - God, Marriage, Relationship

One of our enemy’s most powerful weapons against us is his lie. Our enemy detests and rejects the love of God. He will use all means to prevent us from seeing God’s love and blind us. After we are blinded, naturally we will not be able to see the light (God) but only darkness wherever we are and whatever we do.

The devil is always around us, reminding of and harping on our weaknesses, our struggles, our guilt, our shame and condemnation. I’m pretty sure this is very common and most probably is part of our daily life. We always hear the hisses from the pit, “You are useless,” “You always fail,” “God wants to punish me,” “God no longer loves me,” “You’ll always be like this,” “You’ll never change for the better.” Do these sound familiar to you?

The enemy’s work is so integrated with our life’s culture. He keeps us so busy with our work, finance and family that we will never have time to show love and care to others. He is grinning when we are affected by all things and are not able to spend productive time with God. The devil loves to see us go everywhere but nowhere near God's unconditional love, his truth and promises.

God knows that we wouldn’t be able to survive without his Word and truth. His Word and truth came from his love for us, which is why there are so many scriptures on love in the bible. God wants to remind us that "love covers over a multitude of sins." and "Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers." Let us continue to follow God closely, encourage and love one another just like how God has first loved us. Choose to walk in truth, choose to walk in love.

To always remind ourselves of God's love for us, we need to refer to the scriptures in bible and examine God's involvement in our lives. The truth is all of us are sinners, while we were still enemies of God, He has chosen to redeem us, love us and forgive us.
